My approach comes from nearly 20 years of leadership experience across large and small retail operations, business development, multi-location performance, dealer and franchise relationships, customer experience, process improvement, and organizational execution.
I've worked with businesses ranging from individually operated locations to complex regional and nationwide organizations. That experience has given me a practical understanding of what happens as businesses grow: processes that once worked begin to strain, accountability becomes less clear, costs become harder to control, and owners can find themselves increasingly involved in decisions the organization should be able to handle without them.
My role is to bring an outside operational perspective to those challenges.
I help owners examine financial and operational performance, question assumptions, identify opportunities, establish measurable priorities, and create greater accountability around execution. Depending on the business, that may involve profitability, pricing, costs, sales, customer experience, leadership, systems, growth, or operational efficiency.
